Sales/ Account Manager

We are looking to increase our sales team!

Position is responsible for marketing, promoting and profitably selling outdoor services to existing and new commercial clients. This includes establishing relationships via calls, visits, events and organizations; recommending services; creating value for the client; selling services for grounds and snow services; work with operations to ensure client satisfaction; prepare proposals and client presentations; meet established sales goals

Position can be commission or base plus commission depending on experience

Qualifications

Experience should include 4+ years of related exp. commercial property preferred; strong communication, persuasive and problem solving ability; ability to prioritize and manage work load; excellent selling and negotiation skills.
