Role Overview :

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Acquisition Manager to lead and scale our partner acquisition efforts. This role will manage a team of Sales Specialists, driving performance, coaching the team, and ensuring the achievement of overall acquisition targets.

This is a leadership role focused on team performance and market expansion, rather than individual quota carrying.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and coach a team of Sales Specialists to achieve acquisition targets
  • Own and deliver against team-level targets (no individual quota)
  • Define and execute the acquisition strategy across target segments and markets
  • Build, monitor, and optimize a healthy acquisition pipeline across the team
  • Support the team in high-value negotiations and key partner closures
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and activation of newly acquired partners
  • Set clear KPIs, track performance, and drive accountability across the team
  • Identify gaps and implement training, coaching, and performance improvement plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, account management) to maximize partner succes
  • Use data and insights to continuously refine acquisition strategies

Requirements

*   5–8+ years of experience in sales, business development, or acquisition roles
*   Proven experience managing and leading sales teams
*   Strong track record of delivering team-based targets
*   Excellent coaching, leadership, and performance management skills
*   Strong commercial mindset with the ability to support complex deal closures
*   Experience in marketplace, SaaS, e-commerce, or F&B industries is a plus
*   Ability to operate in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
