Sales Admin Intern

Role Overview:

A highly organized and tech-savvy intern to support the sales team as a System Admin. They will play a critical role in maintaining data accuracy, handling WBK Pro legwork and system streamlining.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the team with data entry, cleaning, and formatting of sales-related information
• Monitor team follow-up frequency, response rates, and blockers
• Learn and support WBK Pro onboarding processes
• Identifying all potential inactive leads on WBK Pro
• Flagging all fake/invalid accounts on WBK Pro
• Daily or bi-daily Website & App sanity check
• Any other administrative and system-related tasks to support the sales team

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Workspace
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work with data and present it clearly
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
• Interest in sales operations, CRM systems, and the events/experiences industry is a big plus
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
