In this position you will be part of our LTR Department, and you will be responsible for providing assistance to the Long-Term Leasing Department and our Sales Consultants but also maintaining excellent client relationships. Furthermore, you will provide administrative support to the Department’s daily operations.
🎯Your Mission:

Contract Administration: Prepare, issue, and review long-term rental agreements, lease contracts, and corporate frameworks.

Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant before activation.

Coordinate with Sales, Credit and Legal department to ensure all requirements are fulfilled

Inbound Inquiry Handling: Handle inbound enquiries via phone, email and online channels providing prompt and professional responses.

Client Onboarding & Follow-up: Guide approved clients through the administrative onboarding process via phone and email.

Archiving: Maintain an organized digital and physical filing system for all historical rental records and active accounts.
