Sales Advisor (Loan & Financing)

Analyse and process loan applications with complete set of documentation and information obtained for new and existing customer application

Evaluate, recommend and approve loans

Perform verification of applicants with relevant parties to ensure the genuineness of the applicant and employment details are established.

Ensure timely completion of customer transactions and requests.

To be alert in detecting and preventing any potential elements of fraud or fraud applications.

Follow-up of documents / information with customers to support the loan application.

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Minimum SPM qualification or above.

Able to speak and write in Mandarin and Malay

Experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or account management is an advantage.

Basic computer skills (Google Docs, Excel, Gmail, etc.)

Self-motivated, positive, and goal-driven.
