- Close Hard Money loans from start to finish — no hand-holding
- Work directly with brokers, investors, and repeat clients
- Structure deals creatively to get them funded
- Drive volume through follow-ups, urgency, and relationship management
- Collaborate closely with processing and underwriting to push files to the finish line
- Build a strong personal pipeline while growing LBC’s production
- Maintain clean, professional communication and CRM records
What You Must Have
- Proven experience closing Hard Money loans (this is mandatory)
- Strong understanding of LTV, ARV, rehab budgets, and investor strategies
- Confidence handling objections and tight timelines
- Ability to manage multiple deals at once without losing momentum
- Professional, polished communication with brokers and clients
