Your responsibilities will include:

• Completing month end corporate, leisure and consortia production reports from Opera.
• Completing RFPs both consortia and corportate in Lanyon and formatting of local contracts.
• Conducting show rounds of the hotel and attending networking events outside of the hotel.
• Supporting the Meeting and Events department as and when required, including coordinating ResDiary bookings for the department.
