We are looking for a results-oriented Sales Consultant with at least 1 year of experience in automobile sales. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in 4-wheeler / passenger car sales, along with strong customer handling, lead conversion, communication, and negotiation skills.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective customers and understand their vehicle requirements, preferences, and budget.
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, financing options, and other relevant details to customers.
• Manage leads from initial enquiry through follow-up, negotiation, and final conversion.
• Conduct product presentations and vehicle demonstrations to prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales and repeat business.
• Follow up consistently with leads through calls, messages, and other communication channels.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and negotiations professionally.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall dealership sales performance.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Stay updated on vehicle models, features, pricing, offers, and developments in the automobile market.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in automobile sales.
• Automobile industry experience is mandatory.
• 4-wheeler / passenger car sales experience is required.
• Strong customer handling and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented approach with strong sales acumen.
