Technical Lead (AVP/VP)

Join Delta Capita's Report Hub engineering team and help drive the evolution of a market-leading regulatory reporting platform used by global financial institutions.

We're looking for experienced Technical Leads who combine strong technical expertise with leadership capability. You'll lead a cross-functional engineering squad, delivering strategic platform enhancements while ensuring the stability, performance and resilience of our production services.

What You'll Do

• Lead the technical direction of a Change or Run squad.

• Drive solution design, architecture and engineering best practices.

• Deliver new regulatory, client and platform enhancements.

• Act as the technical escalation point for complex production issues.

• Champion cloud-native development, DevOps, automation and CI/CD.

• Mentor engineers and help build a high-performing engineering culture.

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Master, Architects, Infrastructure and Operations teams to deliver scalable, resilient solutions.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

8+ years' experience in software engineering, platform engineering or application development.

Experience leading engineering teams or serving as a senior technical lead.

Strong background in cloud-native architectures, distributed systems and enterprise application development.

Experience supporting both technology change and production environments.

Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.

A passion for engineering excellence, continuous improvement and developing others.
