Job Summary

We鈥檙e looking for a high-performing Sales Development Representative with proven experience in the beauty, haircare, or wellness industry. This is a fully remote sales role ideal for someone who understands the nuances of selling into salons, spas, and beauty retailers across the UK.

You鈥檒l be responsible for outbound prospecting, lead generation, and booking qualified meetings for the senior sales team. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, industry knowledge, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn to UK-based beauty businesses (salons, clinics, retailers).
  • Identify and qualify leads within the beauty/hair/wellness space.
  • Book high-quality discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives.
  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Research target accounts and personalise outreach strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and campaigns.
  • Track outreach performance and optimise conversion rates.

Requirements

  • Must be UK-based with strong understanding of the local beauty/wellness market.
  • 3+ years of SDR/BDR or outbound sales experience.
  • Proven experience selling into beauty, haircare, skincare, or wellness industries (essential).
  • Strong cold calling and outbound prospecting skills.
  • Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely.
  • Experience engaging with salon owners, spa managers, or retail buyers is highly desirable.
