Job Summary

We鈥檙e hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for an exciting remote sales job in the home services space. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline building.

You鈥檒l be engaging directly with business owners and decision-makers in home service companies, identifying their needs, and booking qualified meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, SMS, email, and LinkedIn
  • Identify and research home service businesses (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, etc.)
  • Qualify leads through discovery conversations
  • Book meetings and demos for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to move them through the funnel
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in SDR, BDR, or outbound sales roles
  • Strong cold calling and objection-handling skills
  • Experience selling into home services or local businesses is a plus
  • Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales workflows
  • Self-motivated and disciplined in a remote setting
