About this role
The role is an experienced Sales Leadership with 15+ years of relevant experience to drive revenue growth for our payment solutions across financial, hospitality, retail and food & beverage sectors, and the Macau gaming market. This role is critical to leading Sales Team in strategic direction, achieving our ambitious sales targets and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies and business plans; achieve revenue and profitability targets for payment solutions and self-service kiosk solutions.
- Provide leadership, direction and coaching to Sales Managers to ensure successful execution of sales objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Hong Kong and Macau.
- Drive market expansion initiatives and strengthen the company's competitive position.
- Develop relationships with executive-level stakeholders and key decision-makers across strategic accounts.
- Establish partnerships and alliances that support long-term business growth.
- Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with Head Office, APAC regions and internal teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, business updates, and relevant reports to senior management.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 15 years of sales experience, including 5-8 years in sales leadership or management role, in payment solutions and self-service kiosk solutions, or related technology sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Experienced in managing strategic accounts and complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen to understand and analyze various markets, including financial institutions, retail, F&B in Hong Kong and gaming in Macau. Established industry networks would be an advantage.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- Good command of Cantonese and English.
- Frequent travel within Hong Kong and Macau to meet clients and support business development activities.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in payment ecosystems, automation technologies, self-service solutions, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Holder of a Macau ID card is a plus.
