This time one of our clients (a fast-growing SaaS startup company in the network management and IT infrastructure domain) is looking to hire a Sales Director for the US market.
Job scope: full-time, hybrid/remote role - located in the US / Israel.
As Sales Director – US, you will be responsible for driving new business and managing the full sales cycle — from prospecting and lead qualification, through pipeline development, to closing complex enterprise and MSP opportunities. You will work closely with global sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure strong alignment, while also providing market insights that influence our strategy. This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to grow into a larger leadership position as we scale our US operations.
Key Responsibilities:
● Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities across US enterprise and MSP accounts.
● Own the US sales pipeline end-to-end: lead generation, qualification, demos, negotiations, and deal
● Use platforms such as HubSpot and Amplemarket to optimize outreach and engagement.
● Consistently achieve KPIs such as:
Number of qualified meetings scheduled
Pipeline coverage (3–4x quota)
Quarterly revenue targets Customer Engagement & Account Management
● Build trusted, long-term relationships with IT and infrastructure management teams, C-level executives, and technical decision-makers.
● Position the company's solutions effectively against customer needs and competitors.
● Ensure smooth onboarding and handoff to Customer Success to maximize retention and upsell. Partnerships & Channel Sales
● Develop relationships with US-based resellers, VARs, MSPs, and system integrators.
● Drive co-selling opportunities with networking vendors, telcos, and cloud providers.
● Support and scale indirect sales through partner programs. Market Insights & Collaboration
● Provide regular reports on lead quality, pipeline progress, and competitive landscape.
● Collaborate with marketing on US-focused campaigns and messaging.
● Share customer and market feedback with product to help shape roadmap.
Requirements:
Must Have:
● 7+ years of enterprise sales experience in SaaS, networking, or IT infrastructure, selling to IT organizations and MSPs
● Background in network/infrastructure engineering or sales engineering.
● Experience with channel and partner sales in North America
● Proven success in generating new business and closing enterprise or MSP deals.
● Strong familiarity with enterprise networks or infrastructure management tools and services (e.g., monitoring, performance, diagnostics, security, configuration). Technical background is an advantage
● Experience selling directly to IT and infrastructure management personnel.
● Excellent pipeline management, negotiation, and forecasting skills.
● Proficiency in CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Amplemarket or similar).
● Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills.
● Startup background or growth company experience - advantage
● Exposure to international markets (EMEA/NA) - advantage
