Sales Engineer needed for our CNC capital equipment manufacturing client in Dayton, OH. Direct-hire position, not a contract, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor's in business plus minimum 5 years of recorded sales experience with capital machining equipment / tools, ability to create territorial business plans and sales strategies, develop new accounts, service existing accounts, and generate new leads to ensure the territory is effectively covered and supported (prior experience in medical device industry a major plus). Will need to work closely with Engineering, Service, Contract Administration and management to meet service level agreements with customers, and integrate sales and individual activities into client's CRM system. Must be familiar with Salesforce CRM software, MS Office Suite, and be willing and able to travel 50 - 75% of the time.
