Sales Ex - FMCG - Depok Bogor Area (Placement: Brand Matrix)

As a key player in our sales team, you will be focused on expanding our Aki (Battery) products in the Medan area, partnering with Brand Matrix to leverage local market opportunities. This role involves extensive interaction with clients, identifying their needs, and providing solutions that enhance their automotive battery experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the Medan market for Aki products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with automotive businesses, dealerships, and local retailers.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscape.
• Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns specific to the Medan area.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to senior management.
• Ensure product knowledge is up-to-date and effectively communicated to potential customers.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years of sales experience, with a focus on automotive parts or related industries preferred.
