Job Description

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the logistics business in Thailand and globally.

2. Identify and develop new business opportunities in Freight Forwarding, Warehousing, and Supply Chain.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.

4. Analyze customer needs and provide tailored logistics solutions, including Ocean Freight, Cross-border Logistics, and Project Cargo.

5. Drive sales performance to achieve targets while preparing reports and market analysis to refine sales strategies.

6. Negotiate pricing and service terms with transport service providers to secure competitive rates.

7. Collaborate with regional and global teams to explore and develop business opportunities.

8. Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to expand networks and business prospects.

Requirements

1. 5-10 years of experience in the logistics industry or in Freight Forwarding (Ocean Freight focus).

2. Proven Business Development and Sales Hunting skills with a strong ability to close high-value deals.

3. Expertise in Bidding, Quotation Analysis, and Pricing Strategy.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.

5. Strong understanding of customs regulations and international trade compliance.

6. Fluent in English. Proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
