Time Commitment: Full-Time
Monthly Base Compensation
USD $1,500–$2,200 per month, depending on experience, conversion optimization capability, AI proficiency, funnel expertise, and overall alignment with the role.
Performance Incentives

About the Role
As our Sales Funnel Conversion Specialist, you'll own the optimization of digital customer journeys across multiple brands, products, and services.
You'll combine customer psychology, analytics, experimentation, AI, UX thinking, copy optimization, marketing automation, and conversion strategy to continually improve business performance.
This is an AI-first role.
You'll actively use AI to analyze customer behavior, generate optimization ideas, improve copy, test hypotheses, identify friction points, and accelerate experimentation.

Requirements
Required Qualifications
We're looking for someone who combines analytical thinking with commercial creativity.
You should have:
- 4+ years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Sales Funnel Optimization, Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Marketing Operations.
- Demonstrated experience improving landing page and funnel conversion rates.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Strong understanding of customer psychology and buying behavior.
- Experience interpreting analytics and making data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Compensation
Employment Type: Independent Contractor

Monthly Base Compensation
