Sales Representatives/Advisors

Job Purpose

The job incumbent will have to maintain and develop sales of the different brands of Mobile Phones, Tablets, Phone Accessories and Home Appliances (Washing Machines, Refrigerators, Microwaves, etc) within a specific showroom.

Main Responsibilities

• Greet, direct and provide excellent customer service to customers
• Provide accurate information pertaining to products features, pricing and after sales services
• Inform customers about special offers
• Carry out and close the sale
• Cross-sell products
• Ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded
• Demonstrate the functioning and operations of products
• Maintain correct merchandising and display in the showroom
• Assist in stock control
• Follow up on delivery of products as per delivery schedule
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services
• Candidate may be requested to carry out the sale of any other products that are being sold in the showroom (eg. IT Products, Home Appliances, tools..)

Requirements

• Experience in a similar position is a definite advantage
• Service-oriented attitude
• Good product knowledge
• Excellent communication skills (English and French) and capable of building trusting relationships
• IT literate & good knowledge of MS Office
• Team-player
• Able to work odd hours or on shifts and under pressure
