Key duties, but not limited to:

• Developing the sales team
• Coordinating sales operations
• Implementing sales techniques
• Providing training, coaching and development
• Performance management of team KPI
• Setting goals and objectives for each team member and providing regular feedback to help them improve performance
• Drive sales
• Motivating

Requirements:

• Matric Certificate
• Clear ITC and criminal record
• Minimum 2 years experience managing a team within a call centre setting
• Debt review experience (Advantageous)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
