Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer - On site - 6 Months - Octopus by RTG

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Developer to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience implementing, developing, and integrating enterprise-grade Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.

This role requires a combination of strong technical Salesforce expertise and client-facing capabilities. You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, architects, and developers to translate business and marketing requirements into scalable and reliable SFMC solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and implement solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
• Build and manage customer journeys using Journey Builder and marketing automation workflows using Automation Studio.
• Develop and maintain email templates, dynamic content, landing pages, and personalized communications using AMPscript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
• Configure and manage Data Extensions, Contact Builder, segmentation, and audience management.
• Develop integrations between SFMC, Salesforce platforms, and external enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration approaches.

• Support enterprise-level Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and integration initiatives.
• Translate business and marketing requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to SFMC campaigns, integrations, automation, and data.
• Ensure solutions follow Salesforce development standards, security requirements, and implementation best practices.
• Participate in solution design, technical discussions, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Work directly with clients and business stakeholders to understand requirements, present solutions, and provide technical recommendations.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions and integrations.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Architects, Developers, Marketing teams, and other technology teams.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) development and implementation.
• Experience delivering enterprise-level Salesforce solutions and integrations.
• Good knowledge of key SFMC capabilities such as Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Contact Builder.
• Hands-on experience with AMPscript, SQL, and API integrations.
• Relevant Salesforce certification(s) are required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to work directly with clients and business stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and functional teams.
• Must be available to work onsite in the UAE.
