Salesforce Platform Technical Analyst

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide Salesforce admin support, including user administration and password resets.

• Manage incident triage and technical support for Salesforce production issues.

• Coordinate tasks and change tickets for external app upgrades.

• Oversee system maintenance and seasonal releases, including sandbox management and certificate renewals.

• Performing System Maintenance and Seasonal Release (Refresh, Sandbox Creation/Deletion, Site Switch, Certificate Renewal, and Salesforce Integrations)

• Amenable to work at UP Ayala Technohub (Quezon City)

• Amenable to work on a hybrid set-up (3x a week onsite)

• Amenable to work in night shift

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Platform and Application Administrator.

• Strong configuration skills, including flows, automation, reports, and dashboards

• Experience in Salesforce platform maintenance and organization health checks

• Ability to read Apex code; writing Apex code is an advantage

• Experience in development, automation, or systems integration is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in managing large-scale Salesforce implementation projects

• Proficiency in Salesforce deployment and sandbox management

• Strong communication skills with a proven ability to work with key business stakeholders

• Issue and ticket management experience

• Knowledge of Salesforce integrations and external application upgrades
