Sanitary & Fire Protection Engineer

In this role, you will primarily be responsible for

• Able to provideSanitaryand FireProtection Design services.

• Carry out engineering designin accordance withlocal codes and relevant international design codes.

• Assume responsibility and undertake engineering tasks of increasing scope and complexity.

• Assistinproduction of design, tenders and technical report writing.

• Assistin coordination of quality assurance and commissioning of designs with other disciplines and other design consultants.

• Assistsenior engineer toobserve, review and report of works on site.

• Develop building services designs and calculations.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Degree inEnvironmental Engineering discipline forSanitaryand FireProtection Design Engineering

• Engineers with0to 3 years’ experience.

• Having relevant experiences and interest in designing ofvarious commercial buildings such asresidential, commercial, institutional or hotel projects.

• Familiarity with codes of practice, relevant regulations and a working knowledge of authority submission and approval procedures.

• Competent user of Revit, AutoCADand other engineering software tools and other MVAC softwarewould be advantage.

• Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English.

• Able to work independently & exercise initiative.

• A team,clientand delivery focused working style.

• Able tocommencewithin short notice period is an advantage.

• Have anEnvironmental engineer professional license forSanitaryand FireProtectionDesign Engineer
