Our SAP department emerges as a premiere SAP partner & integrator in the EMEA market, encompassing the entire spectrum of SAP offerings (hardware procurement, SAP licenses, and customized services). Netcompany's SAP team works on innovative projects, utilizing the latest, cutting-edge SAP technologies (SAP BTP, S/4HANA) and industry-specific solutions (ISU and IS-OIL), across a wide range of sectors (Consumer goods, Education, Utilities, Telcos, Banking etc.)

As a SAP ABAP Developer (Senior-Lead) you will:

• Design, develop, and maintain SAP ABAP programs to support business needs.
• Work on custom developments, enhancements, and interfaces across SAP modules (FI, CO, SD, MM, PS, PM, etc.).
• Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement SAP best practices and innovative solutions in SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, in order to analyze SAP prospects’ development needs, establish project objectives, scope, and sizing.
• Mentor and coach technical teams.

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

• 5+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development (Senior) / 8+ years (Lead).
• Expertise in ABAP OO, ALV Reports, Enhancements (BADI, User Exits), SmartForms, Adobe Forms.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA and Fiori/UI5 development.
• Strong understanding of SAP data structures and integration techniques.
• Proficiency in writing and understanding of functional and technical specifications.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or any related discipline.

It would also be a plus if you match some of the following:

• Experience working with SAP Workflow and SAP PI/PO.
• Experience working with SAP CPI.

• SAP BTP, including exposure to BTP-based development, services, or integrations.
