In this role, you will be part of our Business Application Consulting team, specializing in SAP Technology. Within our Digital Core Modernization practice, you will help clients optimize operational efficiency by analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. This opportunity allows you to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and interpret data to inform insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing client needs to implement and support SAP software solutions effectively
• Managing the installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products and technologies
• Developing and maintaining SAP ABAP programs to enhance system functionality
• Collaborating with clients to optimize operational efficiency through business application consulting
• Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP solutions
• Utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori to deliver insightful data visualizations and reports
• Engaging in strategic technology planning to align SAP solutions with client objectives
• Leading process improvement initiatives to enhance business transformation efforts
• Applying critical thinking to break down complex concepts and generate innovative solutions
• Building meaningful client connections and fostering a collaborative work environment

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 to 8 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
• Demonstrating proficiency in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP)
• Utilizing SAP Fiori and SAP HANA for innovative solutions- Excelling in strategic technology planning and process optimization
• Embracing change and fostering business transformation initiatives
• Developing insights through SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP NetWeaver
• Building meaningful client connections and managing complex situations

Additional Details

• Work Setup: Hybrid (2-3x a week) or 10-11 days in 1 month
• Work Location: BGC, Taguig
• Work Schedule: Between 2PM - 4PM to 11PM - 1AM (Flexible)
