In this role, you will be part of our Business Application Consulting team, specializing in SAP Technology. Within our Digital Core Modernization practice, you will help clients optimize operational efficiency by analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. This opportunity allows you to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and generate new ideas.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing client needs to implement and support SAP software solutions effectively
• Managing the installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products and technologies
• Providing training and support to clients for seamless integration and utilization of business applications
• Utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori to enhance operational efficiency and strategic planning
• Collaborating with clients to optimize business processes and drive transformation initiatives
• Developing and maintaining SAP HANA and SAP NetWeaver environments to support client objectives
• Applying analytical thinking to solve complex problems and generate innovative solutions
• Building meaningful client connections and fostering relationships to understand and anticipate client needs
• Navigating complex situations to deliver quality work and grow personal skills and technical knowledge
• Mentoring junior team members and guiding them in their professional development

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 to 8 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology andplatform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
• Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori
• Utilizing SAP HANA and SAP NetWeaver for business transformation
• Excelling in strategic technology planning and process optimization

Additional Details

• Work Setup: Hybrid (2-3x a week) or 10-11 days in 1 month
• Work Location: BGC, Taguig
• Work Schedule: Between 2PM - 4PM to 11PM - 1AM (Flexible)
