We are looking for an experienced SAP CO Consultant to support large-scale SAP ECC to S/4HANA Brownfield Migration initiatives within a complex global enterprise environment. This role is ideal for professionals with deep expertise in SAP Controlling (CO) who can drive solution design, migration, configuration, and integration while collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple business units and geographies.

As an SAP CO Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end SAP CO solutions, ensuring seamless migration to SAP S/4HANA while maintaining business continuity and optimizing financial controlling processes. You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to analyze business requirements, implement best practices, and support successful project delivery throughout the migration lifecycle.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP CO solutions during SAP ECC to S/4HANA Brownfield Migration projects.
• Configure and support key SAP CO components including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and CO-PA.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into scalable SAP CO solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Support data migration, validation, testing, and post-migration activities to ensure a smooth transition to SAP S/4HANA.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP CO and FI, MM, SD, and PP modules.
• Participate in system design workshops, fit-gap analysis, solution reviews, and business process optimization initiatives.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues, provide production support, and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, testing scripts, and end-user training materials.
• Coordinate with global stakeholders, project teams, and business users to ensure timely project execution and successful deployment.
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, governance standards, and project delivery methodologies throughout the implementation lifecycle.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 10+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP CO Consultant with strong expertise in enterprise SAP implementations.
• Proven experience in SAP ECC to S/4HANA Brownfield Migration projects.
• Strong functional knowledge of Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and CO-PA.
• Hands-on experience integrating SAP CO with SAP FI, MM, SD, and PP modules.
• Experience working on large-scale global SAP implementation, rollout, or transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of SAP financial controlling processes, business process mapping, and system configuration.
• Experience supporting system testing, data migration, user acceptance testing, and production go-live activities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities with attention to detail.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams.
• Self-driven professional with the ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to dynamic project environments, and deliver high-quality SAP solutions within project timelines.
