Our SAP department emerges as a premiere SAP partner & integrator in the EMEA market, encompassing the entire spectrum of SAP offerings (hardware procurement, SAP licenses, and customized services). Netcompany's SAP team works on innovative projects, utilizing the latest, cutting-edge SAP technologies (SAP BTP, S/4HANA) and industry-specific solutions (ISU and IS-OIL), across a wide range of sectors (Consumer goods, Education, Utilities, Telcos, Banking etc.)

As a SAP Consultant - Team Lead you will:

• Lead and mentor a team of SAP consultants in a specific module (FI, CO, SD, MM, PS, PM, etc.).
• Manage SAP implementations, rollouts, and optimization projects.
• Collaborate with clients to analyze business requirements and provide strategic SAP solutions.
• Oversee system configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Ensure SAP best practices are followed, enhancing system efficiency and performance.
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and project execution.
• Provide guidance on SAP S/4HANA transformations and cloud migrations.

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

• 8+ years of experience in SAP consulting across various modules.
• Proven experience in leading SAP teams or projects.
• Strong expertise in SAP configuration, customization, and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and integration with other systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage stakeholders, deadlines, and project deliverables.
• Availability to travel if needed.
