Job Description

We are looking for an SAP HCM Developer to support ongoing initiatives, including the client's transition to a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This position will be full-time and hybrid at Quezon City.
What You'll Do

• SAP HCM Integration

• Payroll

• Time Management / Timekeeping

• Technical support and enhancements related to SAP HCM

What You'll Need

Required:

• Integration experience — specifically having led or supported a transition from a manual/non-digital process to a digitalized platform, ideally within payroll

• SAP experience, specifically in the HCM (Human Capital Management) module

• 3–5 years of relevant experience (mid-level)

Preferred:

• Payroll or functional HCM experience

• Experience with ATS platforms such as Workday (preferred), Darwinbox, Taleo, or SuccessFactors — or equivalent experience integrating payroll/timekeeping systems

Physical Demands

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions

• Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

• Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
