SAP Security Manager

Summary:

As a Security Managed Services Practitioner, a typical day involves overseeing and delivering comprehensive security services tailored to client environments. This role requires continuous monitoring and management to uphold protection standards, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and maintain operational resilience. The practitioner collaborates with various stakeholders to address security challenges and supports the seamless functioning of security operations within diverse organizational settings.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align security strategies with organizational goals.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to enhance overall performance.
• Monitor security service delivery to ensure adherence to established standards and client expectations.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP Security.
• Strong understanding of access control mechanisms and identity management within enterprise systems.
• Experience in designing and implementing security policies and procedures for SAP environments.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements related to information security.
• Proficient in risk assessment and mitigation strategies specific to SAP platforms.
• Ability to analyze security incidents and develop effective response plans.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in SAP Security.
• This position is based at our Manila office.
