We are looking for energetic, high-standard individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment to join our team across our venues, including Scoop, Skypark Café, Fairground Kiosk, Beachcomber Inn, Papa Johns, Burger King, and the Firehouse Grill.

We are looking for energetic, high-standard individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment to join our team across our venues, including Scoop, Skypark Café, Fairground Kiosk, Beachcomber Inn, Papa Johns, Burger King, and the Firehouse Grill.
This is a fixed-term contract starting ASAP through to 30th October 2026. The role offers 35 hours per week on a rota basis, working 5 days out of 7, including regular weekend shifts which will include early morning finishes.
As a seasonal team member, you’ll be the face of our food and beverage outlets, serving everything from breakfast and coffee to late-night eats and treats.
To ensure you become a true expert on resort, you will be cross-trained to work across all our venues, giving you the variety and skills to support different teams wherever the action is.

- Guest Excellence: Greet guests with a smile and use your natural communication skills to provide a smooth, friendly, and time-efficient service.
- Order Management: Take and process orders accurately using our computer systems, handle cash payments, and provide helpful information on menu items, allergens, and upselling.
- Hygiene & Safety: Maintain the cleanliness of all guest and service areas while strictly following all health and safety and food hygiene regulations.
- Team Support: Adopt a "get stuck in" attitude and a problem-solving approach where nothing is too much trouble for our guests or your teammates.
- Versatility: Move between different restaurant styles and quick-service kiosks as part of your cross-training to ensure our hungry guests are always looked after.
