Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Digital Desk Operations in Carmel, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a financial institution location, you will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor entry activity, and provide outstanding customer service. You will help maintain a professional, secure environment through clear communication, attention to detail, and timely reporting of security-related concerns. What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial services location by following site-specific procedures and access-control requirements.
• Staff the front desk, greet and direct visitors, verify credentials, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate visitor and delivery records.
• Monitor lobby activity, entry points, alarms, cameras, and other security-related systems; report unusual activity in accordance with established procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders.
• Support a professional front-desk environment by answering phones, providing basic directions, and communicating security-related information to authorized staff and visitors.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Comfortable use of a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
