You will monitor incoming calls and alarms, dispatch personnel as needed, document incidents, and provide clear, professional service to patients, visitors, and staff. Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Receive, prioritize, document, and dispatch calls for service, alarms, and incidents to appropriate personnel throughout a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating relevant details to responders and site leadership.
• Monitor communication systems, access-related activity, and facility conditions, reporting unusual activity and maintaining accurate dispatch logs.
• Coordinate with hospital personnel and public emergency services as directed during medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical events.

Minimum Requirements:

• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
