Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Reception Security Associate in Beverly Hills, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional in a dynamic media and technology location, you will create a welcoming presence while supporting access control, visitor management, and security-related communications. You will assist guests and employees, monitor entry activity, respond to concerns, and help to deter incidents through professionalism and attention to detail. What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, employees, and guests while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Serve as the primary front desk point of contact, greeting visitors, verifying appointments, and managing visitor sign-in and access credentials in accordance with location procedures.
• Monitor entry points, visitor activity, and front desk communications, reporting unusual activity or policy concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation procedures.
• Maintain accurate visitor, package, and incident documentation while supporting a professional reception environment at a fast-paced media and entertainment location.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
