We are looking for an experienced Senior Affiliate Manager to grow and optimize a portfolio of affiliate partners across international iGaming markets.
In this role, you will drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, identify new business opportunities, and ensure affiliate activities align with commercial objectives, compliance requirements, and brand standards. Working closely with Marketing, CRM, Product, BI, Compliance, and Legal teams, you will play a key role in scaling our affiliate channel.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Manage and grow a portfolio of affiliate partners, driving revenue and profitability.
Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners.
Analyze performance data and implement optimization initiatives.
Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with key partners.
Monitor traffic quality, campaign performance, and compliance standards.
Deliver regular performance reports and actionable insights.
Contribute market intelligence and competitor insights to support affiliate growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns and promotions.
Represent the company at industry events and partner meetings.

Skills & Requirements:
3+ years of affiliate marketing experience, preferably within iGaming.

Understanding of compliance and responsible marketing practices.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work independently.
Professional fluency in English.
