VIP Manager (German Speaking)

We are looking for an experienced German-speaking VIP Manager to build strong relationships with our most valuable players while supporting the performance and development of our VIP team.

You'll combine hands-on VIP relationship management with commercial thinking, helping drive player retention, improve VIP processes, and support VIP Executives in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

What you'll do

• Manage relationships with high-value VIP players

• Drive player retention, loyalty, and reactivation

• Handle complex and sensitive customer cases

• Support VIP Executives with portfolio management and best practices

• Monitor VIP performance and identify growth opportunities

• Improve VIP processes and workflows

• Collaborate with CRM, Customer Support, Payments, Risk, Compliance, and Product teams

• Ensure compliance with Responsible Gaming and AML requirements

What we're looking for

• Experience managing VIP or high-value customer portfolios within iGaming

• Strong understanding of VIP retention and player lifecycle management

• Experience handling escalations and complex customer cases

• Commercial mindset with a data-driven approach

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Fluent German and professional working proficiency in English
