Whatyou’lldo:

You willdevelop production-ready agenticAI-solutionsas well asestablishand evolve the technical foundation for agentic AI, from architectureto technicalinfrastructure, enabling a secure,scalableand reliable workflow.

• DevelopAgentic AIsolutionsfor alarge organization,simplifyingday-to-day business andexploringnewwaysofutilizingAIto transformour waysof working

• Build integrationswith existing IT systems, data sources, APIs, automationplatformsand event-driven services, enabling AI agents to act safely across enterprise workflows.

• Collaboratewith Data Scientists, Data Engineers, automation specialists, webdevelopersand Business Intelligence colleagues to turn business needs into robust solutions.

• Design andestablishthe architecture, infrastructure and operating environmentrequiredto develop,deployand scale agentic AI solutions.

• Translate capacityneedsintoeffectiveuse of available hardware,computeand storage, balancing performance, scalability,securityand cost.

• Proven experience indesigning and operating AI/ML platforms, cloud or on-premises infrastructure, distributed systems, or production-grade software platforms.

• Strong knowledge ofagentic AI, LLM-based systems, agent orchestration, RAG, model serving, containerization and modern backend development, and an eagerness to learn more and develop in this field.

• Hands-on ability withPython,Data Sciencelibraries,APIs,microservices, Kubernetes or similar orchestration, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code,monitoringand observability.

• Understanding ofhardware and capacity planning for AI workloads, including compute accelerators, memory, storage, networking,performanceand cost trade-offs.

• Ability tocreate secure interfacestoexisting IT systems,APIsand automation solutions, and to design guardrails, logging, evaluation, accesscontroland human oversight.

• Experience indeveloping backend services and, when needed, lightweight web or interacting applications; knowledge of event-driven architecture and open-source AI ecosystems is an advantage.

• Strong collaboration skillsand the ability to explain architectural decisions, learn from others and create reusable capabilities that enable Data Scientists, DataEngineersand developers.

• Fluency inSwedishandEnglish.
