Senior Application Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Define customer/product specific strategy in alignment with Sales and BU management to achieve profitable growth
• Acquire, manage, industrialize, and launch process responsible for all projects and enable a transfer of lessons learned. Completed in accordance to VC project management processes from RFQ through EOP (Including IAM & Spare)
• Build up and develop contact to all technical functions of specified customers
• Actively monitor and work to improve contribution margin for production and service parts under application team responsibility. This includes VAVE and process improvements activities support

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent
• > 3 years of project/program management
• Knowledge about Customer Acquisition and Project Management is necessary
• Analytical thinking, strong communication and presentation skills across cultures. NVH product knowledge preferred
• Local language. Fluent English
• Presentation and communication skills
