Senior AV Technician

• A trustworthy individual. Hungry to learn and grow. Hands-on and love being in the field as opposed to being behind a desk. Technically inclined and always curious how things work.

• A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, high EQ
• Comfortable working independently in occupied, ultra-luxury homes - think Silverleaf, Paradise Valley, and Desert Mountain

• Mon-Fri 6:30am - 2:30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Servicing residential A/V, Home Theater, Networking, Automation, Lighting, Shading, Security Systems & Video Walls
• Troubleshooting Systems (Crestron, Control4)
• Read and interpret floor plans and technical documents
• Understanding of wiring and signal flow
• Advanced understanding of networking
• Control System Programming
• Train clients on use of systems
• Provide excellent customer service

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• 5+ years residential AV/Home Automation experience
• Crestron and Control4 experience is a bonus
• A valid driver's license (background check required)
