Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related technical field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in business development within Iraq's oil and gas industry.
- Established network of contacts within major operators and EPCs in the Basra region.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes in the oil and gas sector.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and verbal).
- Current residency in Basra with ability to travel throughout southern Iraq.
- Valid driving license and own transportation.
