Senior Business Development Manager (m/f/d)

Your mission

• To lead and coordinate tender and bid activity from first customer contact through to contract signature
  
• To collaborate effectively with other Huber Parking Team and external partners to ensure effective communication and co-ordination through the bid phase.
• To take responsibility for cost calculation, pricing and the preparation of bid documents, ensuring a commercially sound and customer-oriented approach.
  
• To prepare accurate and professional presentations and participate effectively in negotiations with external partners in co-ordination with the Sales Team.
  
• You coordinate the contract negotiations through to successful contract signature and keep the completion in sight.

Your profile

• Significant professional experience in turnkey construction, ideally in industrial and multi-storey car park construction.
  
• Extensive experience in independently managing and coordinating tender and bid processes, ideally with experience in sales and estimating.
  
• Proven track record in Business Development.
  
• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management/Construction Project Management or a comparable qualification.
  
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills as well as excellent communication skills.
  
• Very good written and spoken German and English; additional language skills are an advantage.
  
• Sound knowledge of international contract formats such as FIDIC, NEC and JCT.
  
• Excellent Excel skills and confident use of MS Office; knowledge of Microsoft Project and AutoCAD is an advantage.
