Senior Cabin Crew / Purser - Frankfurt Base (m/f/d)

Marabu Airlines is seeking experienced Senior Cabin Crew members to support our expanding Airbus A320neo operation from our new Frankfurt base. As a leisure airline serving the German market, Marabu is focused on safe, reliable operations and high-quality onboard service. Our Senior Cabin Crew play a key role in leading the cabin team, supporting flight operations, and ensuring that every passenger receives a professional and welcoming travel experience.

This opportunity is suited to candidates who already have experience as Senior Cabin Crew, hold a valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation, and have recent leadership experience on Airbus aircraft. This is a role for people who enjoy leading others, adapt well to change, and remain calm and confident in a fast-moving environment. From roster changes to onboard emergencies, you will be expected to respond professionally, support your colleagues, make operational decisions when required, and help create a positive experience for every passenger.

Requirements

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Minimum Height: 158 cm
• Education: Completed secondary education
• Certification: Valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation
• Citizenship: Have the right to live and work in Germany and the EU
• Languages: Fluency in written and spoken English. All levels of German language are welcomed. Willingness to learn German to a higher level over time is encouraged
• Medical Fitness: Valid aeromedical certificate and ability to swim unassisted
• Experience: At least 1 year of current experience as Senior Cabin Crew on Airbus aircraft
• Background Check: No criminal record
• Base availability: Ability to reach the airport of your home base station within 60 minutes at any time

Your Key Tasks

• Leadership & Supervision: Lead and mentor cabin crew members, ensuring high standards of service and operational excellence
• Passenger Service: Provide warm and professional hospitality to ensure passenger comfort throughout the flight
• Safety & Security: Conduct safety checks, demonstrate emergency procedures, and ensure compliance with aviation regulations
• In-Flight Sales: Oversee and support onboard sales while promoting products to enhance the passenger experience
• Team Coordination: Collaborate closely with colleagues and flight deck crew to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe cabin operations
