The Role

As Senior Commercial Finance Manager, you’ll partner closely with the Leadership team across our Flare brand to help shape smart, sustainable growth. You’ll lead financial planning and forecasting, build clear financial models, and turn complex numbers into practical advice.

You’ll assess new growth opportunities, spot risks early, and help senior leaders make confident decisions. Working across teams, you’ll bring commercial thinking to high-value projects and help build better experiences for our customers.

What will keep you busy...

• Partner with executive and senior leaders to provide commercial insights, financial guidance and support for strategic decisions
• Lead commercial finance across pricing, deal economics, investment cases and business performance reviews
• Own financial forecasting and P&L performance analysis, identifying risks and managing opportunities
• Build financial models and turn SaaS and business performance metrics into clear, actionable insights
• Champion AI and automation to improve reporting, forecasting and decision-making
• Lead, coach and develop commercial finance team
• Work with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations and Finance to deliver strong commercial outcomes

What you will bring...

• Significant experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A or Finance Business Partnering within a SaaS, technology or subscription-based business
• A track record of partnering with executive and senior leadership teams to influence commercial outcomes and business strategy
• Strong commercial acumen, with experience supporting pricing decisions, investment cases and business performance management
• Leadership experience, with a track record of developing and coaching high-performing finance teams
• Advanced financial modelling, forecasting and analytical capabilities, with the ability to turn complex data into clear business insights
• Experience improving processes and using AI, automation or data tools to improve efficiency and decision quality
• A tertiary qualification in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Economics or a related field. CA or CPA qualifications are highly regarded
