Senior Front-end Developer

Optimiza is seeking a Senior Front-end Developer to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

• 4–6 years of professional experience in software development.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate visual designs into working code.
• Implement responsive design principles to ensure compatibility across various devices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues to enhance application performance and user experience.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in front-end development.

Requirements

• Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications using React Native and contribute to web applications using ** Angular **.
• Design, build, and integrate secure, scalable APIs and backend services using ** C#/.NET Core** and modern architectures.
• Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and compatibility across multiple devices and platforms.
• Ensure applications comply with **industry standards **, ** security policies **, and internal performance benchmarks.
• Lead incident response activities, perform **root cause analysis **, and drive continuous improvements to system reliability and technical debt reduction.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver robust technical solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical designs.
• Contribute to **project planning, agile ceremonies **, resource estimation, and product roadmap execution.
