Senior Full Stack Engineer with AI (Healthcare)

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with AI to help design, develop, and operate modern cloud-based applications for the healthcare domain.

In this role, you will work across Front-end, Back-end, and DevOps domains while designing and integrating AI-powered features into business applications used by doctors and clinics. The position requires hands-on commercial experience with modern AI and LLM technologies.

Our Customer operates in the medical domain and develops applications for doctors and clinics.

PROJECT
The project combines Full-Stack development, cloud-native engineering, DevOps practices, and the integration of AI-powered capabilities into healthcare applications.

TECHNOLOGY STACK

• React, Angular
• Java/Spring Boot, Python, C#
• Kafka, Terraform
• Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD
• Azure OpenAI or similar AI platforms

 

• Develop and maintain modern web applications
• Design, develop, and integrate AI-powered features into business applications
• Build AI agents, intelligent workflows, and automation solutions
• Work with modern LLM platforms and AI development tools
• Build and operate cloud-native services with a strong focus on reliability, security, and scalability
• Collaborate with Product, UX, Architecture, and Engineering teams
• Drive engineering excellence and AI adoption within development teams

Qualifications

• Senior-level Full-Stack Engineer with 6+ years of commercial experience.
• Strong Front-end expertise with React or Angular
• Strong Back-end expertise in Java/Spring Boot, Python, or C#
• At least 1 year of hands-on commercial experience developing and integrating AI-powered features into software products
• Practical experience building AI agents, intelligent workflows, or automation solutions
• Practical experience with modern LLM ecosystems and AI platforms, such as Azure OpenAI or similar
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and DevOps practices
• Demonstrated practical use of AI tools in software engineering
• Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent technical background
• Strong English communication skills
