Your mission

• You develop, extend, and maintain our Java products within a Scrum team.
• You cooperate closely with Frontend Developers, Product Management, Project Management, QA, Support, and Sales.
• You coach, provide feedback, and share your knowledge with your team.
• You use the right tools for the job, guided by your analytical skills to align with customer requirements.
• You contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
• You continuously improve code quality through reviews, refactoring, and adherence to best practices.

Your profile

• You have a minimum of 7+ years of experience in Java Backend Development
• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• You have profound knowledge of Java, Microservices, Spring Boot, REST, and SQL.
• You have experience with Scrum, DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, NoSQL, Multithreading, Memory Management, Performance Analysis, and Memory Dump Analysis.
• You have built web applications with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.
• You are a collaborative team player, passionate about learning new technologies, and committed to delivering quality results.
