Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is recruiting Senior Occupational Therapists on behalf of a respected private healthcare provider. These roles are based within hospital settings in both Peterborough and Milton Keynes, offering the opportunity to work as part of a multidisciplinary team focused on rehabilitation and recovery for adults with complex needs.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy interventions for adults with neurological conditions, brain injuries, or mental health needs
- Conduct functional assessments and develop personalised treatment plans
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychologists, nurses, and support staff
- Support service users in achieving independence and rehabilitation goals
- Supervise junior staff and contribute to service development and clinical leadership
- Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to audit and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
- Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registration
- Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification experience, ideally in neurorehabilitation or mental health settings
- Strong clinical reasoning and leadership skills
- Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff is desirable
- Commitment to person-centred care and evidence-based practice
