Senior Officer, CCWB PD & LC WB & EE

• Handle and process documentation for the discharge of security documents, amalgamation of land titles, sub-division of land titles, substitution of charge, and follow-up on the return of security documents, including original land titles, Duplicate Charges, Form 40, and related documents.

• Ensure completion of documentation and full compliance with conditions precedent, terms, and conditions prior to the discharge of security documents, amalgamation of land titles, sub-division of land titles, and substitution of charge.

• Perform accurate, complete, and timely data input and maintenance in the relevant systems.

• Attend to queries from business partners and relevant stakeholders on documentation-related matters.

• Carry out any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time, including data cleansing exercises, special projects, UATs, and regression testing.

Qualifications:

• A recognised Degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or an equivalent qualification.

• Minimum 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in a banking environment, particularly in wholesale conventional loan and/or Islamic financing documentation.

• Preferably with experience in handling documentation for wholesale conventional loans and Islamic financing.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Team player with a keen learning attitude, quick adaptability, and a proactive mindset.

• Strong functional and technical competency.

• Ability to manage priorities effectively, meet deadlines, and consistently deliver results.
