Senior Officer, Finance

Responsible for premium receipt function, including account reconciliation, bank/ balance sheet reconciliation, daily treasury operation, month-end & year-end receivables deliverables. This role would also help perform cash flow projection and handle collection matters. Besides, this role also supports different treasury and finance projects implementation.

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for month end closing, including but not limited to entering accounting journals and preparing reports.
• Prepare bank reconciliation between cash collected and accounting records and also other balance sheet accounts reconciliations. Manage and monitor various premium collection channels and to lower the error rate.
• Solve operations issues arisen from bank vendors, internal system, etc. Liaise with various parties for issues resolutions. Closely follow-up the issue.
• Respond to daily enquiries from other departments, for selected premium collection channels.
• Responsible for bank account/ebanking management.
• Support for treasury administrative and operational tasks.
• Ad hoc tasks including but not limited to vendor management process.

Job Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant with Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Accounting
• With 5 years of working experience
• Familiar with MS Office
• Excellent communication skills
