Senior Operations Manager (f/m) Italy

sennder takes the logistics industry into the 21st century! We offer a 360° full service, real-time bookings, precise live-tracking and create more transparency in the logistics chain - made possible by our innovative inhouse developed technology. Building Europe’s largest logistics network, we make booking a transport as easy as booking a hotel room.

We are looking back on very successful months and are now in need of outstanding talent to join our Operations team to further push sennder’s growth. You will be directly working with our Co-Founders and driving our geographical expansion to the Italian market.

• You analyse business cases to develop the most attractive product solutions for new and recurring customers

• You expand our carrier network within Italy by identifying and onboarding key partners

• You supervise our daily transports to and within Italy and handle all arising enquiries from carriers and customers

• You optimize our processes to make our customer experience even better every day

• You support our Operations team in its daily business

Qualifications

• You have first work experience, ideally in logistics or within the Startup scene

• You know how to convincingly address your audience and always hit the right tone

• Your analytical skills are top-notch as well as your entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting – You’re a self-starter and get things done

• You speak and write Italian fluently (ideally on a native level) and you have good English skills
