AI Summary
Owns influencer and creator partnerships end-to-end across North America, focusing on Canada — sourcing, negotiating, onboarding, running campaigns, and reporting on KPIs.
About this role
We’re rethinking homes for how people really live, and we’re looking for a Senior Specialist, Partnerships to join our PR & Partnerships team to help shape the future of living- one thoughtful detail at a time.
Success in this role means owning partnerships end-to-end. You’ll source, negotiate and manage KOLs, UGC creators and brand partners across North America, with a particular focus on Canada- building a pipeline rather than working an inbound list. You’ll bring taste and judgement to who we partner with, run campaigns from brief to reporting, and turn what you learn into a programme that scales.
What you'll be doing
- Build and maintain a reliable pipeline of KOLs and UGC creators across North America, with a strong focus on Canada, in support of the wider NA KOL strategy.
- Source, evaluate, recruit and negotiate with creators who fit Castlery's brand and campaign needs, then onboard and manage them.
- Run creator partnerships end-to-end: briefing, contracting, execution, content review, deliverable tracking and post-campaign evaluation.
- Deliver against campaign KPIs across creator activation, content output, reach and engagement, flagging risks to delivery early.
- Grow repeat partnerships with high-performing creators and keep relationships strong enough that partners want to work with us again.
- Own monthly and annual partnership reporting, turning performance into insight and optimisation recommendations.
- Tighten day-to-day processes across sourcing, outreach, tracking and reporting so the NA KOL programme can scale.
- Work across Brand, Social, PR, Creative, Performance Marketing, E-commerce and Commercial to get campaigns briefed, seeded, delivered and measured.
What you need to succeed
- Experience managing influencer, KOL, UGC creator, brand or strategic partnerships, ideally in a fast-paced consumer, retail, lifestyle, home or e-commerce environment.
- A track record of sourcing, negotiating and managing partners independently, from prospecting through to post-campaign evaluation.
- Campaigns behind you that delivered on brand awareness, engagement, content, customer acquisition or product launch objectives.
- Strong command of campaign mechanics: briefing, contracting, deliverable tracking, content review, usage rights, timelines and brand compliance.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, and the judgement to build long-term partner relationships.
- Highly organised across concurrent campaigns, partners and timelines, and data-driven in how you evaluate what worked.
- Strong knowledge of social and creator platforms, content formats and influencer marketing best practices. Familiarity with the North American creator landscape, Airtable or Aspire is a plus.
